Frost & Sullivan conducted in-depth interviews with forty of the largest metal and mining companies in seven African countries. The aim of this reserach service was to provide early market information to suppliers of automation and control solutions by analyzing end user requirements and satisfaction with ACS products and services they receive from their suppliers. The study revealed that end users are highly satisfied with product quality but dissatisfied with the services they receive from their suppliers.
